Performing Under Pressure by Dr. Saul L. Miller will share with you tremendous advice on dealing with pressure and stress. Dr. Saul L. Miller is a top-notch professional in his field. He has been a guiding source to some of the strongest and most powerful organizations in a multitude of sectors. He has worked with some of the most prominent, successful people within those companies. He has also worked alongside some of the greatest athletes in the world. These athletes range from Olympians to professionals playing in the NHL, NBA, MLB, and the NFL.
Fantastic book! If you are wanting to learn or discover new ways on how to manage stress better, and perform stronger with more consistency under pressure, then this is a great book to dive into. A lot of what Dr. Saul L. Miller teaches has to do with breathing techniques, positive and assertive self direction, and staying calm in the moment of high pressure situations.
This is definitely one of those ‘big business reads’! Performing Under Pressure is a great read for all people in all professions whether you are a business owner or employee.
